Beauty Education Centre 
Opening 19 March

The London School of Beauty & Make-up is pleased to announce the opening of its new premises in the heart of Smithfield’s London EC1 (Nearest Station Barbican) 

This wonderful new building will elevate the school to become the largest independent beauty educational establishment in Europe.

This new building will comprise of bright and roomy air-conditioned state of the art training rooms plus a student relaxation areas including a garden roof terrace. It will also boast a fully operational hair & beauty salon with spa facilities open to the public.

Once students have completed their training they will be able to practice their newly acquired skills in this realistic working environment. This will equip them with the confidence they will require to go out and work in this exciting and rewarding industry.   

The Student Salon:

This wonderful facility will include a range of manicure & pedicure treatments plus a large well stocked product retail area.

The salon will also offer a walk in street level hair salon where students will learn and practice the art of cutting, colouring, and dressing of the hair amongst many other treatments.

In the lower ground level there are nine fully equipped treatment rooms situated within a relaxing ambiance plus a fully operational spa and bath house offering sauna and steam rooms plus wet treatments such as hydrotherapy and mud baths.

The spa area will be operated by students who are taking part in the spa training program.  

Training Rooms:

Three of the upper floors are dedicated to training and lecture rooms and fully fitted with the latest beauty equipment along with overhead projection to help enhance the students with their studies.

The whole building is fitted out with wireless internet connection for the students' convenience plus a quiet area where the students can work on their laptops and study in their own time.

Medi-spa:

The London School of Beauty & Make-up is one of the first schools to offer an NVQ industry recognised qualification in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. To this end it has opened a dedicated suit for training and treatment rooms open to the public

Make-up Education Centre

Spring 2012 will see the opening of our new and exciting Make-up department situated in the heart of London’s West End close to Oxford Circus tube station and the famous shopping area of Oxford Street. These new premises will be devoted exclusively to the education of high fashion make-up plus a retail make-up artists shop on the ground floor offering new make-up brands and accessories from around the world.

As well as our existing and renowned make-up curriculum, we will also be adding additional new courses and ideas to the current agendas.  

This new department is housed within an attractive period building with its winding stair case and spread over six floors.

Future developments will include a photographic studio in the lower ground floor and an attractive conference room on the first floor for small seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations.
