Actress Stephanie Beacham provides anti-ageing beauty tips
Actress Stephanie Beacham provides anti-ageing beauty tips Establishing a beauty regime has been described as the best way to maintain youthful looks, with this said to be particularly important from age 30 onwards.

Speaking to Closer magazine, actress Stephanie Beacham commented that as ladies get older their skin care routines should be all about "maintenance".

Makeup artists and beauty experts may agree with the star's claims that removing cosmetics at the end of the day is vitally important.

Beacham, who has starred in Bad Girls and Coronation Street, explained that people do no need to be a "maniac" about their regime, but should make an effort.

"Moisturising your face, neck, knees and elbows everyday is really important," she stated.

Cosmetic doctor Rita Rakus recently commented that being proactive in youth can help give a complexion the best chance of keeping signs of ageing at bay.

According to 64-year-old Beacham, diet and exercise can also help boost beauty, with keeping fit said to be a great way to keep muscles toned and skin firm.ADNFCR-2992-ID-801299543-ADNFCR
