The latest hot product students on beauty courses might want to get their hands on isn't expensive or obscure, but is a favourite of the new Duchess of Cambridge.
Newlywed Kate Middleton was spotted last week heading into her local chemist to pick up a pot of Nivea Visage Pure and Natural Moisturising Day Cream, costing just £5.10.
She appeared just hours later looking radiant at the Ark Charity Gala at Kensington Palace, suggesting that whatever beauty regime she's following is working.
The duchess wore a figure-hugging Jenny Packham gown, in a rose shade, which was delicately embroidered with sequins.
She kept her dark brown hair loose and flowing, opting for relatively heavy eye make up and a rosy complexion, a look those on make up artist courses may wish to draw inspiration from.
One shopper who ran into her on her trip to Boots was quoted by the Daily Telegraph as saying: "Kate looked like an ordinary shopper as she went up to the counter to buy her cream. It was only when I took a second glance that I realised who she was."
