Beauty salon workers may have already picked up on the fact that Victoria Beckham's shag look is one of the big trends at the moment and is set to become even more popular this year.
Jules Holland, creative director at Mark Hill Salon, has confirmed that it is a "brilliant mid-length haircut", being wearable and manageable.
He explained that it is a style that just about anyone can wear, so it is proving to be very popular, especially with women who went for a graduated bob last year and are now wanting to update their look.
"The difference between this haircut of Victoria Beckham's and the standard bob is the fact that the ends are so distressed. They are really choppy on the ends," he commented.
Mr Holland also said that it is a style that suits "every single face shape".
Beauty school students will no doubt have taken note of the cut when Posh first showed it off at an LA Lakers game last November.
