Perfecting a fake tan is something which you'll probably need to learn if you want to own your own beauty salon.
While a Beauty Specialist Diploma Course is likely to be the best way to get all those skills, tips from tanning expert James Read could be a good start on the road to brilliant bronzing.
One thing that you need to be aware of if you have ambitions of running a beauty salon is that buffing immediately after applying fake tan is essential, according to Mr Read.
He told Elle magazine that a protective mitt is the best thing to use to pat off any excess product around the hands, wrists and feet to avoid streaking.
This allows the tan to blend more evenly into the skin, he explained to the magazine.
All you prospective beauty salon owners out there should also be aware that the trend this season is for a natural glow, not a David Dickinson-esque mahogany effect.
