Celeb make-up artist offers tips for non slip make-up
Celeb make-up artist offers tips for non slip make-up Summer is a trying time when it comes to make-up, knowing how much coverage will last under the heat and still combining non-slip glamour at the same time, something which make-up schoolstudents will be battling with.

Make-up artist to stars such as Catherine Zeta Jones and Brooke Shields, Kimara Ahnert, told Access Hollywood that there are certain tricks and tips to remember when creating a look that won't melt.

For eyes, she recommended waterproof mascara such as Christian Dior's Diorshow Black Out Waterproof Mascara or lash tinting to prevent smudging.

For the face, she explained to the news provider: "Oil-free products are noncomedogenic so they won't clog pores and are safe for sensitive skin. Use a dampened sponge for easier application. Follow the foundation with a dusting of setting powder like Cover FX Translucent Setting Powder for extra staying power."

After taking a summer short beauty course, Ms Ahnert followed her dream and opened her own make-up and skincare studio on Madison Avenue in New York City in 1997.
