Corals and nudes to be seen at make up schools in spring? Corals, nudes and earthy tones are all likely to be seen at make up schools this spring as fresh and fruity shades become fashionable.

Jane Cullen, writing for the Daily Telegraph, said that glitter and vampish shades are being replaced by soft, sensual hues.

She pointed to the likes of Clinique's Juiced Up Colour range which includes eyeshadows in a range of pear and berry shades.

Guerlain has also played into the fruity theme, designed a range called Cherry Blossom.

Olivier Echaudemaison, creative director of the cosmetics company, described the look as "la vie en rose with an oriental twist".

Ms Cullen also drew attention to Bobbi Brown's range of vibrant orange shades known as Cabana Corals, which includes lip and cheek colours in "every shade of coral".

Elle magazine recently reported that the natural look is her to stay after it featured in autumn/winter 2009 shows, sealing it as a major trend for this year.
