Face wipes 'are ineffective'
Face wipes 'are ineffective' Makeup artists may want to reconsider keeping face wipes in their beauty toolkits, as they have been described as "ineffective".

Louise Thomas-Minns, skin therapist and founder of Uandyourskin.co.uk, claimed such products should not be the sole method of cleansing the face.

She explained how they are one of the worst beauty items a woman can use and she urged ladies to put them to one side.

"They are an ineffective [and] lazy way of cleaning the skin, as well as being awful for the environment," Ms Thomas-Minns remarked.

The beauty specialist encouraged women to use alternative products that are of a better quality to wipes and to spend more time on their morning and evening cleansing routine.

Amanda McGillivray, founder of the Natural Skincare Company, recently recommended women start a skincare regime from a young age, with an emphasis put on the importance of using cleansing products and moisturising.ADNFCR-2992-ID-801282293-ADNFCR
