Fake tan tips for prospective beauty salon owners
Fake tan tips for prospective beauty salon owners Fake tan is back, so if you have aspirations of owning your own beauty salon then you'll need to be au fait with the latest products.

Beauty salon owner Belinda Price has said that there had been a boost in the number of people booking in for tanning sessions lately.

Stylist magazine said that this year's fake tans are all "multi-taskers", with anti-ageing, hydrating and protecting properties.

Any prospective beauty salon owner wanting to offer their clients advice on bronzing should be aware that exfoliating and moisturising are essential prior to fake tanning.

Skin preparation is key and this process should be undertaken for at least seven days prior to bronzing the face, according to the magazine.

As for the body, buffing skin is the very important to avoid "unsightly patches of orange on dry skin", Stylist said.

The magazine recommended Bobbi Brown's All Over Bronzing Gel with SPF 15 for the face and Xen-Tan Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe for the body.
