Individuals undertaking beauty courses may be interested to hear one expert's tips on recreating classic Hollywood glamour-style looks.
Director of education and artistry for the cosmetics brand Make Up For Ever Jenn Karsten revealed how to achieve a flawless complexion, the Journal Gazette reports.
The specialist's first recommendation was to keep beauty regimes simple and instead create a "groomed" appearance featuring bold statement looks.
For example, bright lips were suggested as an easy way to transform an everyday style, with all women said to be able to pull off the trend.
"Red lipstick makes you walk a little taller, stand a little straighter and you'll get more attention and compliments," Ms Karsten stated.
The expert encouraged women to team this with jet-black lashes and an even skin tone created using foundation.
Celebrity makeup artist Christian Vermaak explained in a recent interview with More! magazine how red lipstick is an easy way to create old-school glamour.
