Lauren Luke has no doubt been an inspiration to many budding make-up school students out there, so her tips for the best beauty products are worth following.
In an interview with StyleList UK, she said that budding make-up school students out there do not necessarily have to spend lots of money to kit out their cosmetics bag.
"Red lipstick is timeless - always have one of them in your bag," she advised.
This is something that many celebrities have recommended recently, with the likes of Christina Aguilera saying that they cannot be without their rouge.
"I think you do have to invest in a good mascara; I haven't found any really affordable ones that look perfect," Ms Luke also told the news provider.
She recommended MAC Plush Lash, saying it has a big brush for even coverage, but not so large that you end up coating your eyelid as well as your lashes.
