Ladies looking to learn make-up tips may want to seek inspiration from Eva Mendes.
The actress turned up to a recent red carpet event wearing a flowing scarlet dress with long sleeves and a high neckline that was made from a sheer fabric.
She wore bright red lipstick to match the gown and smoky eye make-up for a sultry look at the Tribeca Film Festival.
The Hitch actress, 37, also wore high heeled sandals in a caramel shade by Jimmy Choo and wore her long, dark hair curled and down with a centre parting.
Ms Mendes is also the face of a new advertising campaign for department store Peek and Cloppenburg.
In photos for the company, the star posed in a blue slip dress and wearing large sunglasses against a seaside backdrop, those on make-up artist courses have been told.
Another image shows the star in a casual patterned dress and with her hair scraped back into a casual up 'do.
