Laura Whitmore, a presenter with MTV, has given make up schoolstudents a number of tips about creating the perfect look.
Speaking to RTE Guide, the host said that she took advice from her mum, which included the key words, cleanse, tone and moisturise.
Ms Whitmore went on to say that it is important that make up is removed before going to sleep, particularly after a night out, as this gives the skin some time to breathe.
"I am a big fan of the RoC Hydra+ skincare range, especially the moisturiser with SPF 15. It is important to protect your skin on a daily basis. Apart from that I couldn't be without my Rimmel Liquid Eyeliner and Mac red lipstick," she told make up schoolstudents.
Alexis Vogel, make up artist for the likes of Pamela Anderson and Gwen Stefani, recently said that prepping the face, by removing foundations at night, is the most important way to ensure that the skin glows and looks beautiful.
