Cyvia Lewis, celebrity makeup artist, has told Modern Mom that those looking to achieve a younger-looking appearance should stay clear of heavy, clumpy mascara.
She said that the mascara wand should be wiped with a tissue before the cosmetic is applied, if this effect is to be avoided.
