Make up training: Eyelid primer 'perfect for summer'
Make up training: Eyelid primer 'perfect for summer' Posted by Steven Drake

The hot summer months bring different challenges to make up schoolstudents and they have been advised to use an eyelid primer to ensure that other embellishments do not slip out of place.

Marieve Inoue, writing for Divine.ca, said that although the heat can be a slight obstacle when it comes to looking fresh, there are a number of things that make up schoolstudents should take on board.

She advised using an eyelid primer, as this would stop eyeshadow from slipping and sliding out of place, while a primer should also be used beforehand to seal in the kohl pencil.

"Although it's not recommended to use waterproof mascara all the time (it can dry out your lashes and be harder to remove, causing you to rub harder and lose more lashes), scorching weather calls for extreme measures. If you're hitting the pool or the beach, switching to waterproof is a given," Ms Inoue added.

According to Elle, sapphire, teal and aqua eye shadows are all the rage during the current summer season.ADNFCR-2992-ID-19901314-ADNFCR
