Makeup school students told to ditch the bronzer
Makeup school students told to ditch the bronzer This autumn, makeup school students need to leave the bronzer well alone, according to an industry expert.

Karen Loraine, founder of The Makeup Box, said that foundations need to feel light to the touch, look natural and last the whole day through.

"As your summer tan begins to fade, adjust your foundation base a shade or two lighter. For a subtle change ditch the bronzer and try a warm rose blusher to give your skin that healthy winter glow," she advised.

She went on to say that Chanel recently demonstrated a new fashion trend for fall 2010/11, with a catching print eye effect.

This printed texture is designed to match the season's handbags and shoes, according to the expert.

Her words came as Grazia reported on the Chanel Couture show, which featured models walking the catwalk with a naked face, except for a red mouth and left-alone hair as their mark of luxury.
