Mad Men's curvaceous star Christina Hendricks has caused quite a stir on the red carpet recently, in particular at Sunday's Emmy Awards.
The flame-haired star's look was inspired by Mia Farrow from The Great Gatsby and her makeup artist Vanessa Scali gave the Bellasugar blog the lowdown on how to achieve it.
She told makeup school students that the base consisted of Lancôme Teint Miracle Foundation and Effacernes Concealer, followed by a few sweeps of Giorgio Armani Beauty Fluid Sheer in #2 on the cheekbones.
For the eyes, Ms Scali blended two shades of YSL Ombre Solo Eyeshadow: Cashmere Brown and Midnight Black, which were applied to the outer eye to give off the illusion of bigger eyes.
Finally the lips were coated in Lancome Color Design Matte Lipstick in Corset, followed by La Laque Fever Lipshine in Cyber Coral on top.
Ms Hendricks, who was recently voted 'best-looking woman in America' by Esquire magazine, finished off her style with a pale lilac floor-sweeping dress.
