Products for new mothers to try
Products for new mothers to try Ladies will know mothers-to-be and those who've just had a baby need different beauty therapy products to what other women might require.

Luckily, Alice Fisher, the Observer Magazine's style correspondent, has offered some beauty advice for beauty therapy students to pass on to clients who've recently given birth.

Ms Fisher said: "Thank goodness a range of calming and useful products has been developed by clear-headed companies to make the whole thing [pregnancy and birth] more fragrant, clean and enjoyable."

She recommended that new mothers try Mama Bee Leg and Foot Cream from Burt's Bees, which she said is both soothing and smells lovely and minty.

The beauty guru also recommended Udderly Gorgeous Stretch Mark Balm by Cowshed, as well as Original Sprout's Shampoo and Body Wash, the latter of which can also be good for babies.

Ladies may also want to take advice from mum of three (soon to be four) Victoria Beckham, who recently tweeted that during each of her pregnancies she has used Japanese Camellia Oil.
